We have introduced these two varieties of German and French origin, respectively, in the Penedès region.
Winemaking
Fermentation at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks for 15–16 days, followed by resting in tank until bottling.
Tasting notes
A highly aromatic wine that lingers over time, with notes of fresh fruit such as peach and grape, a vibrant body, and a saline finish that evokes a Mediterranean landscape.
Food pairing
Asian cuisine such as sushi, fresh salads, carpaccio, marinated fish, creative cuisine, etc.
