COUPAGE: 100% Xarel·lo Vermell or Cartoixà Vermell
PREPARATION: Light 1-hour maceration of the skin to extract the soft orange color.
TASTING; In the eyes, it has reddish and orange tones. On the nose it has a surprising complexity of fennel, wild strawberries, peach, grapefruit and a touch of salt. On the palate is broad and silky, smooth and elegant, friendly and easy to drink. It communicates the minerality of the terroir.
PAIRING: Ideal to eat with seafood rice, smoked fish, appetizers, pickles or grilled vegetables
COMMENTS: Production limited up to 2250 bottles. Serve cold between 4° and 6°C.
