ELABORATION: Long maceration of the berries, extracting the polyphenols and tannins
AGING TIME: 12 months in a double barrel of American oak with a capacity of 225 liters, followe by at least 24 months of being refined in a bottle.
TASTING: Black fruits. Long and structured. The evolution in the bottle will be good for the next five years.
