2017 harvest.

COMMENTS: Storage temperature between 12ºC and 16ºC. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.

COUPAGE: Garnacha Negra, Cariñena, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

ELABORATION: Wine with its own style made with varieties indigenous in slate slopes facing south-west. Manual Harvest. Cold pre-maceration for 24h to preserve the properties of the grapes.

AGING TIME: Aging in French oak barrels of 225 l. and a minium of 12 months in the bottle.

TASTING: Black fruits. Long and structured. The evolution in the bottle will be good for the next five years.

 

  • Due to this natural wine and has not been cold-treated, some natural precipitates may appear at the bottom of the bottle. It is necessary to decant the wine to oxygenate it and taste it better.
