COMMENTS: Store at a temperature between 12 and 16°C. Serve between 16 and 18°C. The evolution will be ok, during the next five years.

COUPAGE: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 40% and Tempranillo 10%

ELABORATION: Production: fermented in stainless steel vats. Aging time: 15 months in American oak barrels, followed by a 22-month rest in the bottle
