COMMENTS: Store at a temperature between 12 and 16°C. Serve between 16 and 18°C

COUPAGE: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 30% and Tempranillo 10%

ELABORATION: Production: Long grape maceration to extract polyphenols and tannins. Aging time: 12 months in a double 225-litre barrel made of American and French Allier oak, followed by 12 months of further aging in the bottle

TASTE: Tasting note: Brick hues. Black fruits. Long and structured. Tjhe evolution of the wine will be ok, the next five years.
